Do you have a vision?
My vision is so simple. I think that is what makes it special. It really hasn't changed in 3 years since I first starting developing my vision. I use that word intentionally. "DEVELOPED". I think there is so much pressure around finding your "passion" from people around us. I personally think it is BS for multiple reasons but the core one is this.

We are all taught that at 18 you have to decide what you want to do for the rest of your life. Mine? I went to college to be a Dietitian. Nothing wrong with it, I just chose it because I loved nutrition.
Then, when I was 18-19 years old, I read "The Slight Edge" By Jeff Olson. I read it in one sitting. 8 hours, straight.
This opened my mind to a world I never knew existed. A world about MY true potential. Now, my vision?
I want to grow a marketing company into an industry powerhouse and use the profits to buy companies. Period.
I will train and build a world-class team. We have already started with some amazing people! I am proud of the work they do!! I appreciate you all.
