Have you ever taken inventory of what you let into your mind on a daily basis?
Lets do some now for the average person.
Wake up - Social Media intake/News
Mid-Day - Negative co-workers
Lunch - More social media
Mid-Afternoon - Negative gossip about the latest story/drama.
Evening - People talking about how bad there day was.
Bedtime - News before bed
How do you expect to have anything good or positive happen?
Here is what I would recommend - Instead of consuming social media, be a positive light and produce. Instead of watching the news (shut that shit off) and read a book, talk to your family, talk about how you conquered your day. How you are chasing something amazing, how you helped someone that day, how you added value to the world, what goal you set and achieved. Before bed, just talk with your significant other or spouse and just connect. Just really be present with people and be all there.
Try all that and you tell me if you ever have a bad day. Not saying they won’t happen, just make the decision to stand guard at the door of your mind as Jim Rohn says.
You’ll be glad you did.
