Hey everyone! I want to start making these posts really actionable and full of good ideas you can go use. So, I will structure them in bite size chunks and a couple longer form ones as well.
So, let’s dive in. It’s amazing how we all have the same time in a day isn’t it? We all have 24 hours. Yep, the cliche quote you hear of the richest person in the world (Newly Elon Musk) has the same time.
But, here is the lesson I was thinking about when I did not want to go to the gym tonight.
We all have 30 minutes…..
We all have 30 minutes to go to the gym for better health or pay the price of hospital bills later in life.
We all have 30 minutes to spend with our families or pay the price of no one wanting to be around you.
We all have 30 minutes to be with our significant other or pay the price of them leaving.
We all have 30 minutes for friendships or pay the price of not having connection.
We all have 30 minutes to look at our finances or pay the price (literally) of being broke.
We all have 30 minutes to dream and to set our goals or pay the price of being a wandering generality.
We all have the time. Make the time. Win the day. Own the day. Live a FULL life. Live the super life.
Most of all, enjoy your life. You only have one you know….
