Today was a day that I have learned to semi enjoy. I feel like a lot of people don't talk about this enough. You usually hear two sides to the story.
1. Someone just venturing out and becoming an entrepreneur (which is awesome)
2. A company that is doing let's say $25,000,000+ or has 100 or more employees or something like that.
But what about everything in the middle? What about the processes, procedures, hiring, scaling, accounting, sales, people, meetings, Etc. I just feel this isn't shown enough. I personally am going to show this more so you can just get a feel for what it is like to grow a business from scratch, which is where I was a year ago.
Today, I worked on internal client onboarding streamlining, employee onboarding/training, and streamlining a client getting us content for their marketing campaigns. Was it fun? Eh, not really. I just love working with people and sales. But, it is necessary!
I love a quote I heard from Peter Voogd that anyone can muscle there way to a 6 figure business (which I do agree with) but in order to get to 7 figures, you will need a strategy.
This is what I am working on now in order to help make my team and clients successful, therefore, making the business a success.
